All sales are final. KP Nail Supply does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any purchases made through our website.
By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy. We encourage all customers to carefully review product details, shades, quantities, and descriptions before placing an order.
Why We Have This Policy
Due to the nature of professional nail supply products — including gels, acrylic powder, polishes, tools, and accessories — we are unable to resell returned items for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pphan2016@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis and work to make it right.
No Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect shade or product selected by the customer
• Delayed shipping by the carrier
